Men Stepping Forward to
Stop Domestic Violence
Now through Father's Day, June 18th

For the Men in Our Lives…

Troy Vincent, NFL Executive Vice President and Advocate for Ending Domestic Violence said in a recent editorial: “We all have the power to help eradicate domestic violence. Instead of turning away, we must step forward. As men, we must speak up and say, domestic violence will not happen in my home, in my neighborhood, on my campus, on my team, in my workplace or in my circle of family and friends.”

Family Life Center is inviting men to 'Step Forward" this Father's Day with a contribution to assist Family Life Center in providing support services to victims of Domestic Violence in Flagler County.  Women are also invited to contribute in honor or in memory of a nonviolent man in their life.

This Father’s Day, Family Life Center will have an ad in the

Palm Coast Observer stating: “It Takes Men Stepping Forward to Stop Domestic Violence. The men listed below are proud to state that they will not tolerate
domestic violence in their community.” Underneath this heading there will be a listing of the names of all of those who "Stepped Forward" through this campaign.

Your minimum contribution of $30 can help provide household needs and other services for the families in our emergency shelter and outreach programs who have been affected by family violence. Your public stance will demonstrate your commitment to a safe community and your generosity will be an investment in our transformative work with families and children.

The deadline to make your contribution for

inclusion in the ad is June 8, 2017.

Please make your "Step Forward"contribution here:

hadn't yet caught up.

Social services was one of those areas, according to John McNeely, the original founder of the Family Life Center, who moved to the county from the Orlando area with his wife in the mid-1980s...
